I purchased these arm-wrests to try out before I bought the M01. While I think they might work for someone else, I’ve gotten used to a sit-stand desk with no arm-wrests. They are almost all metal (aluminum) and surprisingly sturdy. They can be adjusted as much as 12 inches above the desk surface, useful because of the thickness of the M01. Here for $52 on Amazon.
