Problem with ER column

Hi,

I just received my Atreus, and I just found out the keys on the ER columns are sending both letters and the same time. I mean,

If I press E, it writes er.
If I press R, it writes er.
If I press C, it writes cv.
And so on…

I upgraded firmware, changed the switch, tried on another operating system and pc…

It seems a hardware problem.

Any ideas on how to solve It?
I’m a little worried.
