I’ve been able to duplicate @kajsa.anderson’s success by using the command line. Like her, I needed to change the COM port from the Keyboard’s COM to the bootloader’s port. I’m close to having a process documented that I think will be reproducible for others to use as a workaround given that it is not pretty. Not hard, but a bit convoluted. But until we get a solution, a workaround is better than not. I’ll try to post what I have within the next hour (as I have to leave for a while in an hour).
