How is hand size measured?
I used my glove size.
The current standard for glove size is ISO 8559-2:2017, but it costs money.
Just go to a store and try different sizes.
@Gyro, if you’re wanting to raise the keycaps up a smidge, see if you can find some of those rubber O-rings that are used on Cherry MX style keycaps… on the Matias switches they don’t provide any dampening, but they do raise the keycap a little and it’s easy to remove if you don’t like it.
I suspect if you used more than one, the keycap wouldn’t hold onto the switch very well, though.
You can probably find them cheaper than this if you’re willing to wait for shipping from China, but here’s an example.
Great idea! I will try that. Actually, since you mentioned it, I tried removing the keycap and then, when replacing it, simply not pushing it all the way down. This works remarkably well, but I suppose without the O-ring to support it, the keycap will gradually work itself the rest of the way down.
