Substitute for individual plugin READMEs?

Continuing the discussion from Reorganizing the Kaleidoscope repositories for ease of use and development:

So I am only now getting back to restoring my OneShot plugin after having removed it prior to the repository merge, and I am now realizing, the individual READMEs of the plugins (some which I have even contributed PRs to improve) aren’t accessible as before since there can be only one README.md for the total Kaleidoscope repo and that doesn’t have any info on the individual lost READMEs.

Please clarify. Thanks!

All of the plugin readmes were moved to doc/plugin/.
