Broken wrist: near vertical tenting with the Model 100?

Hello,

I broke my (right) wrist 9 days ago and am looking for a keyboard I can use while recovering. I really like the layout of the Model 100 (specifically the thumb buttons, which I crave for on my current MS Natural), but I need near-vertical levels of tenting for my wrist. I have good finger movement, but I can’t place my hand flat: I need it kept vertical-ish (I can rotate about 10 degrees off vertical).

Does anybody know of any options/solutions for near-vertical levels of tenting of the Model 100, bearing in mind that my current ability to do hardware hacking is rather one-handed? I noted that the instruction guide talked about using standard camera tripods, but it feels like this is going to be excessively wobbly for vertical tenting. I’ve seen some forum posts, but they’re from a while ago and typically needed more hacking than I can currently pull of.

Thanks for reading

Hi Colin,

I’d probably be reaching for something like https://www.amazon.com/SmallRig-Adjustable-Friction-Articulating-Monitor/dp/B087T4T8D5 for vertical positioning.
