I have adapted the model from @superfell to have more obvious bumps. One variant with two vertical bars and one variant with three dots. I found someone to
print them for me with ABS like resin. See the attached pictures for the result.
I think I prefer the vertical bars over the dots. The bars could have been further apart. The dots could actually be more subtle, but both are ok.

Be aware that they acually don’t fit in the stem of the switches! I had to
cut away the corners of the “thing under the keycap that should stick in
the stem which I don’t know the name of”. It can be seen in the pictures
(after cutting).
I don’t know if this is a necessity for creating them with a
3d-printer or could actually be created to fit without manual
intervention.
