I have since wiped my laptop and installed Ubuntu Linux as the host operating system. I still have the same problems. So I am pretty sure that the problem is independent of operating system:
- It happens when using Windows 10 directly
- It happens when using Ubuntu Linux as a VM guest on a Windows 10 host
- It happens when using Ubuntu Linux directly
I have also tried different keyboards with the same laptop and they work fine.
The problem seems to be specific to my Model 01 and the Dell XPS 17. (Though I’ve been wrong before 
)
I would update the title of this topic but I can’t see how to do that.
I have also created a new thread for my problems connecting to the Model 01 with Chrysalis to upgrade the firmware. I have the same problem with both Windows and macOS, using the latest version of Chrysalis (0.10.4).
