Key malfunction on one key 't'

I didn’t even try to use my keyboard when I first got it. I started using it recently and have discovered that the ‘t’ key seems to malfunction. Intermittently it will generate two, three, or sometimes even 4 't’s at a single keypress.

I’ve been paying close attention, and this is very specific to the one key.

What are my options to address this problem? Is there a support channel? Is there a warranty for this kind of problem?

A number of Model 01 keyboards from the first two production runs developed ‘key chatter’ problems, either over the first few weeks of their lives or later on.
