I’m not getting any key repeat function from my model1-L. When I press and hold a key, I get the first keypress, but no repeats. I’ve checked system preferences for key repeat, and everything looks sane to me. Connected to Macbook Pro 15in, late 2013, running 10.13.2 Beta (17C79a). Keyboard has stock firmware. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
https://github.com/mathiasbynens/dotfiles/issues/687 may have some hints. This sounds to me like the OS-level key repeat settings.
I thought alpha-numerics don’t repeat. Did I misunderstand something?
Crap… You’re right. None of my keyboards are repeating alpha-numerics now, including the built-in. Guess it was my testing of the Model-1 that led me to notice it.
