This is my second go-around with a Model 01. I love the company and concept, but didn’t love the switches. After I sold my first one, I couldn’t stop thinking about what it would be like with lighter springs. So, I bought another one and gave it a go. It’s still not quite working for my hands. But, if you’ve been wanting a Model 01 with lighter switches, this is the one for you. The hard work is done! (Original springs and tool also included)
So, what I have is a VERY lightly used, like new condition, Model 01 Quiet Click. It has the original box, and all the original accessories. It’s currently sporting the blank keycaps, but I also have the Querty and Colemak keycaps sets for it that I’ll include.
I did replace the springs with these 45cN gold springs to reduce finger fatigue. However, I will include all the original springs as well as the switch opener tool that makes opening up the switches to swap the springs so much easier.
