Are you waiting on a replacement for a defective wooden enclosure?

Some folks have been waiting on replacement enclosures for uneven, cracked or really, really poorly finished keyboards…for quite a while.

Last week, our newest enclosure supplier finally delivered a batch of good-quality enclosures to us in the US. We’ve been checking them and boxing them up.

If you’re expecting a replacement enclosure, please fill out this Google Form:

Since we’re collecting photos, Google requires a google account to fill in that form. If you don’t have a Google account, this form is the same, minus the “send us a picture” question:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdy68t_pTvpREVhW302TSWWs0cBDWVAH8_Kfv6mMl6594PbXQ/viewform?usp=sf_link – If you can’t upload a photo of the problem with your keyboard, we may need to check in with you to confirm the issue before sending the replacement.

Because it’s been quite a while since some of you wrote us, we need to double-check your shipping addresses and make sure we’ve correctly captured what’s wrong with your current enclosure.
