I bought an Atreus a while back, and I still can’t seem to get it set up. I’m running mac iOS Tahoe 26.3 (25D125). When I plug it into the computer doesn’t even recognize it (I’ve tried several different computers). I use a Model001 with no issues. Can someone point me to where I can find the setup instructions or a driver I might need? The member I bought it from said they used it with a PC. Does that make a difference?

I use mine with a Mac (Sequoia) and haven’t experienced any issues. I also swap it between the Mac and a Linux computer. There shouldn’t be any need for a driver, afaik.
Does your Atreus work at all?
It doesn’t seem to. I’ve pluged it into my laptop as well as a desktop, and nothing. Are the keys supposed to. light up when plugged in?
I’m not an expert, but sounds like the USB connector is broken. Did you try a different cable?
It didn’t come with one, and perhaps the one I’m using is not the right type. I’ll go have a look at the specks. The one I tried was plugged into the keyboard I was using at the time.

also check you’re not using a “power only” USB cable, which aren’t marked so can be very hard to tell apart from “data+power” cables…
