Dead key on Madel 01

Hi everyone,

After a switch failed on my Model 01, I changed it with a bit of soldering. After many tries, I concluded it was a PCB isssue.

The switch on its own works fine (I tested it) and tried with a primitive switch. It’s still not working.

I don’t have the energy and the knowledge for finding the issue on my own, is there a way to get repair from anyone from Keyboardio, or do you recommand getting in contact with a local repair shop? I’m located in France.
