I have an old Model 01 that I recently brought out of storage and am using again. As I haven’t used this keyboard in a few years, I mistype a lot still, and I often hit the num key when reaching for a 0 or =. When I hit it, the num section of the keyboard highlights, but none of the keys on the right side (including the numpad keys or the num key itself) respond. The only way I can find to release num mode and to get any key response from the right side is to power cycle. I presume this is a firmware issue as I presume that num should be a toggle and that even if the numpad keys were ignored, at least other keys like space should register?
Issue is resolved with a firmware update that took some effort to solve, apparently this Discourse instance won’t let me delete this thread.
