Well, we are selling you $160 in keycaps for 20 bucks. And we’re happy to do it. But at that price, our margin on them is close to nothing, so we can’t subsidize the shipping.
Unfortunately, the shipping carriers don’t discount the cost of their services when we discount the cost of the keycaps. at the same time, the most cost-effective shipping solutions from Hong Kong got suspended in February due to COVID and still aren’t back. Even so, $11/set to get keycaps halfway around the world by air isn’t all that bad.
