Help! My alt key is stuck. It’s definitely a physical thing: the keycap is rubbing against the side wall of the keyboard well.
I currently have the keycap off and am pressing the switch directly, which works, but is obviously not a permanent solution.
My only hypothesis is that the shape of the hole changed a bit; maybe because it’s wood?
In any case, I’m not a happy camper with my new Model 100 right now, and would like some support.
