My boss at my new workplace recently placed an order for a model 100 for me. They haven’t heard back anything about the shipping or status since making the payment and getting the initial payment confirmation email. We’ve tried contacting via email using the founders, team and support @ keyboard.io emails but still haven’t heard anything. They’re about to request a refund as the workplace is a government organisation and requires a status update as part of their processes. Is it possible to get an update on the tracking of order #202515986
Just in case it helps anyone else, I’m not sure if my multiple methods of attempting contact have worked. But my boss did get a shipping update (although vague) email this morning. I think a few weeks, or even a month after the order/payment was accepted. No actual human responses to anything that I can see. But if the keyboard arrives I’ll post here to let others know it did come eventually.
Just letting you know the Model 100 did arrive today! Think almost two months from payment to arrival. A more accurate tracking update finally appeared with the day of delivery after the initial vague ones. Still no reply to any other attempts I made to contact them via many different keyboardio emails or their discord channel.
